Acupuncture & Integrative Health Clinic in London
Looking beyond the symptom to understand the whole picture.
A personalised approach to pain, digestive problems, fatigue, stress, women’s and men’s health, and more complex health concerns — combining Traditional Chinese Medicine, acupuncture and complementary health technologies.
When your symptoms don’t tell the whole story
Sometimes the place you feel a symptom isn’t where the story begins.
Digestive problems can appear alongside fatigue. Stress can affect sleep, digestion and pain. Headaches may shift with toxins hormonal, muscular or emotional factors — often surfacing after an illness, a medication, an injury, or a stretch of prolonged stress.
“Why has this problem developed in this particular person, at this particular time?”
We look at your symptoms in the context of your health history and timeline — searching for patterns, connections and possible contributing factors, so we understand as much of the individual picture as possible before building your personalised plan.

Listen. Connect. Assess. Plan.
Listen
Your story comes first. We take time to understand your symptoms, history, previous treatments, medications, diet, lifestyle — and what you’d most like to change.
Connect
We build the timeline. When did things change? We look for links to illness, medication, injury, stress or other significant events — and whether separate symptoms form a wider pattern.
Assess
Traditional Chinese Medicine assessment is combined with your history and, where appropriate, complementary bioresonance assessment — never replacing conventional diagnosis.
Plan
We create your individual programme — treatment, technologies, home support, nutrition or lifestyle change — then review and adapt as you respond. One Person, One Plan.
How we may be able to help
Start with the problem — not the treatment.
Select the area that most closely reflects why you’re looking for help. You don’t need to know which treatment is right — that’s part of what the assessment is for.

Exploring possible contributing factors
Looking for connections — not assumptions.
A diagnosis can provide an important starting point, but understanding why symptoms change over time requires looking beyond the diagnosis itself.
Health History & Timeline
Previous illness, infection, injury, medication and significant health events.
Digestive & Nutritional Health
Diet, digestive symptoms, nutritional status and possible microbial imbalance.
Stress & Emotional Health
Prolonged stress, major emotional events, sleep and nervous-system regulation.
Sensitivities & Environment
Food-related symptoms, environmental sensitivities and lifestyle exposures.
Physical & Structural Factors
Musculoskeletal patterns, previous injury, posture and physical stress.
The aim isn’t to assume every finding is the cause of a condition — it’s to identify what’s potentially relevant and modifiable, and worth attention in your case.

Meet Michail Giovannopoulos
Experience matters. So does curiosity.
“One technique rarely explains everything about a person.”
My involvement with complementary health began in 1998. In 2005, I began formal university training and clinical practice in Traditional Chinese Medicine and acupuncture. Following university, from 2008 onwards, acupuncture and bioresonance became central parts of my clinical work.
My approach starts with listening: not only what you’re experiencing, but when it started, what was happening around that time, and how the different pieces of your health may fit together. From there, we decide what appears relevant — and equally importantly, what doesn’t.

Real patients. Individual stories.
What patients say about their experience.
Michail is an extremely professional and intuitive practitioner. He gives time and attention for a thorough diagnosis and applies his knowledge accordingly. He listens acutely to feedback and lets this inform his treatment. My physical symptoms were alleviated and my emotional wellbeing improved after only a couple of sessions. I would highly recommend him.
Michail was so generous with his time and was incredibly patient and understanding. His knowledge of acupuncture treatment and Chinese medicine was very impressive and I felt very supported both physically and emotionally. I am now able to function again and have almost no more nausea or pain and a lot of energy.
Michail is a very honest, genuine therapist who I have found to be highly dedicated in his attempts to facilitate my healing journey. I always leave my treatment with a little more perspective as to why I am unwell. He is very easy to talk to and I feel completely at ease with him.
